We manufacture safety footwear on PU injection carousel lines, creating direct-injected dual-density PU/TPU outsoles that bond seamlessly to the upper—lighter, stronger, and more consistent than glued soles. Options include steel/composite toe caps, puncture-resistant midsoles (EN 12568), oil/acid/alkali resistance, SRC slip resistance, and 6 kV electrical-insulation models where applicable.
